The Jekyll BBQ – Friday from 5-9 - The Jekyll is now offering a BBQ between 5pm and 9pm. All food is priced at a mouthwatering £3.50 and includes Homemade Burgers, Jerk Chicken burgers, Lashford sausages and vegetarian options. Complimentary salad and coleslaw is provided. We hope you enjoy.
Now that the good weather is arriving we are proud to exclusively offer a range of new fruit juices. Chegworth Valley offer a selection of the finest English fruit juices freshly pressed from fruit grown and hand selected on their family farm in the beautiful Chegworth Valley in the Kent countryside. Pressed in small batches, Chegworth Valley Juices are a range of 100% pure apple juices and a selection of aromatic blends using pears, raspberries, strawberries, beetroot, rhubarb, blackcurrants, and blackberries. We have injected a burst of style and energy into an old city centre boozer so that you now have an extra option for how to spend your lunchtimes or where to head to at the end of a stressful day. Our rear outside courtyard caters for smokers and non smokers alike and provides a laidback area to get some fresh air. We provide awnings and heat lamps for those days the sun forgets to turn up.
Upstairs our first floor gin parlour recreates the look of days gone by, located in the wood panelled function room. As well as having the most extensive gin collection in the West Midlands the room also caters for those who simply want an interesting space to use and we also offer draught lagers and ciders as well as a comprehensive bottled beer and spirit range. Alternatively for those looking for an alternative to the dreary office building why not utilise our function room, one of Birmingham’s most interesting meeting room. The Jekyll & Hyde offers full AV, Wi-Fi and audio availability as well as tea, coffee and buffet facilities. The room can accommodate up to 30 people. We offer a range of interesting night out options. Our Retro Quiz night runs every Tuesday from 8pm and includes aspects of Family Fortunes, Play Your Cards Right, Bullseye & Deal or No Deal (not retro that one), which is great fun. Entry is free and a bottle of spirits goes to the winning team. Your host with most for the evening is Mr Carl Hawkins. Food is served until 8pm so why not make a night of it.
On Wednesdays Juniper Cinema brings you classics both old and new in the classic Victorian setting of the Gin Parlour. Screenings from 8pm, free entry plus free popcorn.
On Fridays our Gin’ll Fix It night sees the opening of the gin parlour upstairs from 4pm where we showcase our great range of spirits. We offer discounted gin cocktails. The weekend has now officially begun.
On Saturdays Dr Jekyll’s Potion brings you dj’s spinning soul and funk tunes into the wee small hours. Entry is Free and cocktails are available from £3.50 all day and night.
