Setting –The first floor Gin Parlour is unique to the Midlands; we have sought to recreate a bygone era of style and sophistication but with the addition of 21st century product choices. The room provides a unique backdrop to a variety of packages we have available and can hold up to 30 people for a sit down meal.
Menu – Please click here to see the menu which features classic dinner party favourites with a little Jekyll twist using locally sourced, fresh ingredients wherever possible.

Drinks – Boasting a range of global beers, handpicked wines, refreshing soft drinks and greatest of all some of the best cocktails in the city, alongside a range of over 50 gins it’s an offering that’s hard to surpass.

Entertainment – We can offer a range of entertainment packages to make sure your party is the talk of the town.
Gin Masterclass – These can last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on your requirements and include a journey across the world of cocktails and the spirits that make them, with team games, fun facts and best of all a sample or two of the drinks discussed.
Film Viewing – After dinner, sit back, relax and enjoy your choice of film shown on the big screen, or have one playing silently in the background during your party.

Recreate that bygone Victorian experience with some post meal parlour games with a 21st century twist, our homage to Family Fortunes followed by a true Jekyll & Hyde mix of Play your cards Right meets the Weakest link, for added excitement risk offer a prize and a forfeit for the winning or losing team which could possible backfire!
