Just pick up a card & collect 4 stamps each time you purchase a cocktail at our sister venues, The Rose Villa Tavern, Bodega, The Victoria and Island then your 5th cocktail is completely free! You can visit the venues in any order, and fill out as many cards as you like! Just have a chat to the bar team for more info & enjoy!

Saturday Menu 13:00 – 19:00

Fancy a bite with your Saturday afternoon cocktail?  Every Saturday we’ll be serving a selection of dishes from our main menu on Saturday between 13:00 – 19:00.  From gourmet sandwiches, filling pies, tasty burger and a range of daily special dishes if you need filling up on a busy (or lazy) Saturday come and join us.

Lunchtime Loyalty Monday – Friday 12:00 – 14:30

As if a gourmet sandwich and a drink for £5.00/£5.50 is not a steal of a deal in itself pick up a Lunchtime Loyalty Card and get rewarded with free coffee, gourmet sandwiches and your chance to win a meal for two each month!  To see what tasty fillings we have please look under the Food tab

Retro Quiz Night – Tuesday 8pm

To ease yourself back into the week head down to The Jekyll for a night of retro fun from the glory days on the TV quiz show.  Max Monkhouse will be your host as you pit your wit against other teams in games such as “Play Your Cards Right” and “Family Fortunes” the winner takes home a bottle of spirits- free to enter!

Juniper Film club - Wednesdays

The Gin Parlour becomes a cinema for a night of classic films from a bygone era.  For January we are treating you to a season of 60’s Spoof Films.

Take your seats for: 4th, Charade (1963) 11th, The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967) ,18th In Like Flint (1967) 25th Casino Royale (1967) .

The film starts at 8pm with complimentary popcorn.  Or book a table with wine and nacho’s to share for £15.

Pie Society - Thursday

Does homemade pie and mash washed down with a lovely bottle of wine sound like a top meal to you?  If so come and join our Pie Society every Thursday from 5 till 8 pm.

For £20 you and a mate can enjoy a pie and mash from our new homemade menu plus a bottle of wine or two pints from our draught range.  Check out the menu here.

We have added some more pies to the new menu to keep you warm in the early months of 2012!  

Gin’ll Fix It Fridays 5-8pm

Upstairs in the Gin Parlour join our team of resident gin buffs to help you navigate your way around 50 gins - the largest selection in the midlands.  Our Gin Cocktail menu is full of interesting botanicals, ingredients and flavours to help you find your new favourite gin cocktail.  From 5-8pm all gin cocktails are just £4 each!

Please check the Calendar to ensure Gin’ll Fix It is on to avoid disappointment.

Friday Night Remedy - Fri 7:30pm

The working week is over, no more 9-5 for now so take off the tie, order yourself a drink and welcome in the weekend with us while our DJ’s spins some soulful, funky, indie, Friday night tunes!

6th – Steve Jones, Funk, soul n’ rock n’ roll, 13th – Sounds from the South, Original R&B from the deep South, 20th, Back 2 Life, Soulful party beats, 27th, Mustapha Dance, Old Skool funk n’ soul for a Friday night!

Entry is free al night!

Dr. Jekyll’s Potion - Saturday Night 8pm

As always to avoid the hustle and bustle of the more mainstream areas of the city on a Saturday night is the hidden gem that is Dr. Jekyll’s Potion from 9pm. Every Saturday sees some of Birmingham’s more discerning music promoters offer intimate DJ sets of soul, funk and motown washed down with some very fine cocktails from £4.

Your DJ line up for January looks like this:
